Nu Way Concrete Forms, Inc. has been the industry leader in the manufacture, sales, and rental of concrete forms, equipment, and accessories since 1955. Nearly seven decades in business means Nu Way has built a reputation and a customer base that a website needs to actually support, not slow down.
The challenge
Nu Way had an existing website, but it wasn't built to keep up with how the business actually operates. The functionality was limited, and simple content updates like posting news, adding an event, or updating a store location were inconvenient to manage. For a business with a large catalog of rental equipment, the site also lacked a good way for customers to find the specific equipment they were looking for.
Getting to work
We worked with Nu Way to design a new website built around a robust content management system, giving their team direct control over the content that changes most often. Instead of routing every update through a developer, Nu Way's own team could make changes themselves.

The new CMS made day-to-day website management simple. News, events, and store locations are now editable with just a few clicks, so Nu Way's team can keep the site current without waiting on outside help or submitting a request for a minor update.
Equipment catalog and search
The CMS also brought a new level of organization to Nu Way's rental equipment catalog. Customers can now search by a selected area of interest to find the specific forms, equipment, or accessories they need, instead of browsing an unorganized list of products.
Cloud hosting
The new site runs on cloud hosting, giving Nu Way a more reliable, accessible foundation than their previous setup.
